Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications during overnight hours
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot network issues, and execute scheduled maintenance tasks
- Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in incident response and resolution for critical system alerts

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with Linux/Windows server administration fundamentals
