Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and cloud-based systems
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system updates and projects
- Perform hardware/software installations and configuration tasks
- Conduct routine security audits and system health checks
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Previous help desk experience a plus
- Available to work 20-30 hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM)
