Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools and knowledge bases
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and patch deployments
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and threat response initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental tech innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Jira) or similar platforms
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
