Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shifts
- Monitor network performance and resolve security incidents
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Assist with server maintenance and cloud infrastructure tasks
- Participate in after-hours system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote support environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Must provide documentation for college credit eligibility
