Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Provide remote support to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in after-hours disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program (college credit required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
