Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and network infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Assist the technical support team in resolving user tickets and software issues.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new software releases and website updates.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date logs for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to implement minor code updates and bug fixes.
- Support weekend marketing events by setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic scripting languages is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston office.
