Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux systems
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed troubleshooting logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and system updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible summer/fall start dates
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in diagnostic methodologies
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security protocols
