Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal IT systems, networks, and hardware during night operations.
- Perform high-volume data entry and ensure accuracy of digital records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily operational reports.
- Respond to internal help desk tickets with urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Conduct routine system backups and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
