Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technical operations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response

- Conduct user testing and provide feedback on product features

Qualifications

- Available for consistent night shift schedule (minimum 20 hrs/week)
