In this role, you will support our critical 24/7 technical infrastructure, gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server performance during night hours.
- Provide technical assistance and remote support to internal clients.
- Execute nightly security patches and software updates.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine hardware inspections and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
