Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and system performance metrics
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Conduct routine system backups, patching, and vulnerability assessments
- Train on and implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited IT/CS/Engineering program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM) with weekend rotation
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
