About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist our IT operations team during our evening hours. You will play a crucial role in maintaining system uptime and supporting our internal workforce. This is a Summer/Fall start position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and server issues during off-peak hours.
- Respond to IT help desk tickets and resolve basic hardware/software problems.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and patch management.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
