We are seeking a highly motivated Night Shift IT Support Intern to join our growing team in Arlington, Virginia. This is a fantastic opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering to gain valuable industry experience.

You will work closely with senior engineers to resolve technical issues, manage help desk tickets, and optimize our systems during the night cycle. Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues for remote and on-site staff.
- Log, track, and manage IT service tickets using Zendesk or Jira during night shifts.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform routine system backups and security patches to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct basic end-user training sessions on company software and security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in System Administration, Help Desk, or Network Support.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) or flexible part-time hours.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
