Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and application performance during night shifts.
- Respond to and troubleshoot IT support tickets and system alerts efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify bugs and improve system reliability.
- Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics on end-user workstations.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
