You will work closely with our senior technical team to monitor systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure our clients receive top-tier support 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts and network performance during the assigned night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal staff.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer peripherals and office equipment.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Respond to help desk tickets with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to hand over unresolved issues.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.
