Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate warehouse operations during night shifts
- Support cross-functional teams in logistics planning and execution
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation compliance
- Collaborate on process optimization projects for 24/7 operations
- Participate in safety protocol enforcement and reporting
- Support equipment maintenance coordination and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Operations, Supply Chain, or Business degree
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and flexible scheduling
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
