Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate night shift warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Train on warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible start dates in summer/fall
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
