Responsibilities
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Shadow senior staff to understand end-to-end supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
