Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident response for critical infrastructure
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Analyze operational data using SQL and Tableau for performance reporting
- Document system configurations and create technical SOPs
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning and retrospectives
- Implement security protocols and compliance checks for production systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Linux/Unix command line operations
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization (CPT/OPT accepted)
- Available for 20-25 hours per week schedule
