Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Perform routine checks on IT infrastructure and software applications during off-peak hours.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams and external clients.
- Support Operations: Assist in maintaining database integrity and data entry tasks.
- Documentation: Update logs and create technical documentation for complex issues.
- Communication: Collaborate with the day-shift team via chat or email to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and the internet.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
