As a Summer Intern, you will support our 24/7 operational infrastructure. You will gain valuable experience in data integrity, quality assurance, and reporting while working in a dynamic, night-optimized environment.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input and validate large datasets into our enterprise management systems during night shifts.
- Quality Assurance Audits: Perform rigorous checks on daily data to identify discrepancies and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Assist in compiling nightly operational summaries and generating pivot tables for leadership review.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of workstations.
- Workflow Collaboration: Communicate critical findings with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred) in Business, IT, or Data Analytics.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work full-time summer/fall shifts, primarily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of precision in repetitive tasks.
- Communication Skills: Ability to document work clearly and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
