Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts during peak night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Coordinate with overnight security and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Assist in inventory management for nightlife amenities and event supplies
- Support VIP guest experiences and special event coordination
- Maintain detailed incident reports and operational documentation
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, or business program (college credit required)
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (minimum 20 hours)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (training provided)
- Valid California ID and ability to pass background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
