Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities and front desk operations
- Coordinate weekend events and activities for resort guests
- Assist with revenue management tasks and occupancy reporting
- Support housekeeping and maintenance coordination efforts
- Process guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Maintain accurate guest preference databases and feedback logs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, RMS)
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, food service, events)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the US
