Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident response during night shift hours
- Assist in developing and testing software solutions under senior guidance
- Document technical processes and create operational documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to agile workflows
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Shadow senior engineers on complex troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
