Responsibilities
- Support development teams in software testing and documentation
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks using Excel and SQL
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Learn and apply agile methodologies in project workflows
- Shadow professionals across engineering, marketing, and product departments
- Complete training modules on industry-standard tools and platforms
- Prepare and present project findings to department leads
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (any major)
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall
- Basic familiarity with operating systems and internet tools
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
