Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident response during night shift operations
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation for enterprise applications
- Collaborate on DevOps pipeline automation and cloud infrastructure tasks
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to cybersecurity monitoring and threat analysis initiatives
- Develop small-scale solutions using Python, JavaScript, or cloud technologies
- Generate technical reports and performance metrics for senior review
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools a plus
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US required
