Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 IT infrastructure systems during night shift operations
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement solutions with team guidance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security protocols
- Participate in after-hours deployment projects and system optimizations
- Conduct routine system health checks and performance analysis
- Support disaster recovery drills and incident response procedures
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and cloud platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available to commit to 20-30 hours per week during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
