Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal technical systems during night operations.
- Assist the SEO team with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Update and maintain local server documentation and logs.
- Support the New York HQ team via remote communication channels.
- Perform basic data entry and generate nightly performance reports.
- Learn and apply fundamental HTML/CSS for website maintenance.
- Ensure all local hardware and software are functioning correctly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Strong interest in SEO, Information Technology, or Digital Marketing.
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift (6 PM - 2 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
