Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test new features and identify potential bugs.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows command line interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift without direct supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
