What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and application performance during overnight hours.
- Perform routine data analysis and generate nightly performance reports for the engineering team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement and test software updates in a staging environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and system configurations.
- Conduct basic security audits to ensure compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, Python, or SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-first setting.
