Responsibilities
- Assist the software development team in coding, debugging, and testing applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions to track project progress.
- Document technical requirements and create clear, user-friendly documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns and generate reports for management.
- Support the IT infrastructure by troubleshooting minor hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Certificate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or higher for seniors).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C#) or CRM software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
