Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and network infrastructure during night shifts.
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal teams and external clients via remote channels.
- Assist in data entry, database management, and reporting tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer critical information and resolve ongoing issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals.
- Conduct routine software updates and security patch deployments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Customer Support.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and internet troubleshooting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
