Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets during the night shift.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to local and remote clients.
- Document all system errors, incidents, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Assist in testing new software deployments and hardware installations.
- Conduct end-user training sessions on basic software usage and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems.
- Reliable transportation required for local site visits in Albuquerque.
