Responsibilities
- Technical Monitoring: Monitor server health, system logs, and network performance during night hours to ensure zero downtime.
- SEO Assistance: Assist in on-page optimization, keyword research, and content auditing for local Philadelphia businesses.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming support tickets, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and resolve inquiries for clients in Virginia and PA.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy in local business listings.
- Reporting: Compile nightly performance reports and prepare daily summaries for the morning shift team.
- Content Management: Upload blog posts, images, and meta tags while adhering to SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, IT, Business, or Communications).
- Must be able to work the Night Shift (7 PM - 3 AM) on a regular basis.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic Google Analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
