Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in executing digital campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and update client databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and attend weekly team meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
- Create compelling content for social media channels and internal newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of social media platforms.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte office.
