Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Support the marketing department in drafting social media content and monitoring brand presence.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external company events to enhance team cohesion.
- Prepare presentation materials and meeting agendas for executive leadership.
- Answer and route incoming communications professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated (High School Diploma/GED accepted with relevant experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in-office.
