Responsibilities
- Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the SEO team in researching keywords, analyzing competitor performance, and drafting content for blogs and social media.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights that can help drive business strategy.
- Content Management: Help manage and update the company website, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Support & Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Organize and maintain digital databases, preparing reports for senior management.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Attend Team Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly strategy sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
