Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Debug and resolve software issues, providing timely solutions to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software architecture and APIs.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing system functionalities.
- Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track project progress.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this position.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or C#).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members.
- Willingness to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) on-site in El Paso.
