Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve SEO rankings.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and technical workshops.
- Create technical documentation and maintain project repositories.
- Support client-facing presentations and internal reporting.
- Identify process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to team projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within El Paso.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
