Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Assist senior team members in executing daily operations and special projects within the assigned department.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and compile data to support strategic business decisions and market trends analysis.
- Creative Support: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and digital assets under guidance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software and tools to document processes and track project milestones.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and cross-functional meetings to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Major: Open to majors in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic CRM or project management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
