Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business decision-making.
- Update and maintain company databases, records, and internal documentation.
- Attend team meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare meeting summaries.
- Support the execution of internal campaigns and assist in organizing company events.
- Learn and utilize basic office software tools, including CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating Class of 2025/2026).
- No prior work experience required; we value potential and attitude over specific history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed for projects.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
