Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
- Monitor client feedback and ticket volumes to identify trends and propose solutions to improve product usability.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align on customer goals and campaign strategies.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to report progress and challenges.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and internal documentation for new team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not required (we will train you).
- Ability to work a set schedule, including some evenings or weekends, depending on team needs.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
