Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in troubleshooting software issues and maintaining system stability.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and optimize existing code.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project tasks and update project management tools.
- Provide excellent customer support and communication for internal team queries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in Seattle, WA).
