Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track project milestones.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using basic analytics tools.
- Support customer engagement efforts through email correspondence and phone support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a High School Diploma program or a College/University program (Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred).
- No prior experience required – we are looking for attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
