Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media updates and content research.
- Manage and organize digital files and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Support customer service operations by responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for ongoing projects.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and filing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
