Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- SEO Research: Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to support content marketing efforts.
- Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts and create engaging posts to attract talent and clients.
- CRM Management: Update candidate data in recruitment software and ensure accurate tracking of leads.
- Content Creation: Draft basic blog posts, job descriptions, and email newsletters under supervision.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and prepare candidate packets.
- Analytics: Monitor intern projects and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Location: Must reside in Louisville, KY or be willing to work remotely from Georgia.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with a willingness to learn.
