Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and technical teams in executing daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making for clients in Charlotte and Virginia.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop creative content, including social media posts and blog articles.
- Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Attend weekly team meetings and project planning sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
- Support the execution of urgent client projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid work authorization for the United States.
- Ability to commute to our Charlotte, NC office or work remotely for Virginia-based tasks.
