Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of software solutions under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on internal systems and databases.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to senior staff.
- Engage in client-facing activities, such as demo presentations and requirement gathering.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program (Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS) or digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
