Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and workstations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset logs.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests via email and phone.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network improvements and security protocols.
- Conduct basic training sessions for junior staff or clients on software usage.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
