Responsibilities
- Software Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for new features and updates.
- Testing & QA: Assist in writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability and bug-free deployment.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions within an agile development environment.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions under the guidance of team leads.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit.
